In year 2009, researched to recover, 49 disconnect totaling a MRC Savings of, $23,634.80 and a Project Savings of $267, 419.61. For January I exceeded $10,000.00 a month, ultimately achieving $13, 813.05 in MRC and $165, 756.60 savings. In 2008 (July-Oct), researched to recover, 23 disconnect totaling a MRC Savings of, $8,013.85 and a Project Savings of $30,691.83.

Project Managed the daily activity for E9-1-1 Planning, this consisted of the validating the design of VOIP, Advantage, SIP, TDM and IP Network for Internal and Customer requirements while providing detailed high level reports on various projects simultaneously.

·   Provided confirmation of Primary and Secondary TGs, PSAP/County(s), Class 5 Switch, PSTN, E9-1-1 Selective Router, N11 TG, CS2K/PVG, Stub/GT, NPA/NXX, Test ANI/ALI for each Rate Center.  Initiated and managed the NRM request for each Rate Center/County valid PSAP.  Validated and identified MSAG/USPS valid address per Rate Center/County using, MAPInfo, MAPS, Intrado9-1-1 Net and One Stop. 

·   Created/developed call-flow test plans as well as trouble-shooting issues with translations utilizing the following systems, LTTS, STMS, NMS, LERG, One Stop, Map Info and NANPA.  Reviewed test results and confirmed acceptable.

·   This project consisted of 1,132 outgoing letters to Verizon Business PSAPs to confirm the 10-digit Administrative Number, 10-digit Overflow Number and 10-digit Contingency Number.  These numbers are critically important to MCImetro’s ability to respond to any potential disaster recovery or service restoration event. 

·   Managed and reported weekly results of the 10-D Audit, implemented required updates to Translations while working to ensure any mismatch with the 10-D Overflow and the Switch did not occur.
